Freedom from Helplessness
5-Days Interactive Workshop

Arsha Vidya Research & Publication Trust (AVR&PT) presents a five day interactive workshop which will provide participants with an overview of the vast subject that is Vedanta, and provide rich insights into life and living. Vedanta is a subject presented to us by great seers through our teaching tradition who enquired into life in all its facets going beyond science and material life and is available for scrutiny with logic and reasoning; a subject where students are encouraged to question and develop understanding life fundamentally. It is through inquiry alone that one comes to recognise one's true self, as free of sorrow and limitations. When equipped with this self-knowledge, one begins to discover a peaceful, serene existence, even whilst dealing with the dynamic world of constant change.
