Orders & Payment
Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed through CCAvenue.
Payment Data
We do not store card or banking details.
Pricing: Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes where indicated.
Important: We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing error, technical issues, or suspected misuse. If payment has been made, a refund will be issued.
Digital Products
Personal Use License
Digital products are licensed for personal use only and may not be redistributed or shared.
Access
Access is provided through your user account. We intend to maintain access to purchased digital materials for as long as reasonably possible while our digital systems and the Trust remain operational.
Recommendation: Users are encouraged to download and securely store their materials after purchase.
Refunds
Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except in cases of technical error or duplicate payment.
Print Products
Print products are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can review and resolve the issue.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for lawful use of the website.
