The Veda is a body of knowledge that has come down from generation to generation. It has a certain vision of reality. In its vision, the Veda sees the problem of a human being as stemming from a confusion about this reality. How we look at things define our understanding of reality. All the forces seem to be against me and the rest of the world. The Veda reveals that I am already free, that I am the only reality.
