About Swami Dayananda Audio-Visual Archive (SDAVA)
A major part of Pujya Swamiji's teaching, comprising short- and long-term courses and public talks on Vedanta and related topics, spanning more than four decades, has been recorded in analog formats. SDAVA Rishikesh digitizes analog audio and video material and archives it in the appropriate digital formats.
Swami Dayananda Audio-Visual Archive (SDAVA) in Rishikesh also makes Pujya Swamiji’s classes available on audio CDs and video DVDs with enhanced quality. A number of new CDs & DVDs have been prepared at the new studio and archive in Rishikesh, the digital wing of Arsha Vidya Research & Publication Trust (AVRPT), Chennai.

When you listen to the recordings of Pujya Swamiji, please consider that:
1. A classroom is not a controlled recording environment, and in spite of our best efforts, background noises may be heard in recordings.
2. Some of the analog master tapes we process in our archive are 30 years old and even older, and might feature tape-hiss.
3. Recordings may feature a 2-4 second gap, caused by the manual turning of the tape during the recording. session.
